Open Mic Technical Discussion by PHIWUG

 

PHIWUG just finished its event last night, an open microphone session for the community where some of  the community and PHIWUG members had the opportunity to share with the community your tips, tricks, "how to’s", and even testimonials 😀

I’d also like to thank an active audience for their participation and also great feedbacks! We will try to give more content next time that you requested, specially on the Windows Server 2008 R2 + Windows 7 Demo’s

 

 

 

 

Its really fun pala being the host of the event 🙂 We’re preparing now with the rest of PHIWUG volunteers. Below is Isamu Shinozaki, still active with the community playing some clips of the latest craze in Microsoft Philippines like the Icafe program and the Office 2010 the movie which was soooo geeky cool!

PHIWUG members now doing a demo on Bitlocker, Bitlocker on GPO, and Bitlocker to go on Windows 7. Let us not forget one of unique topics that we had so far, its Hosting WCF on WAS! People (developers / infra people) are really doing this. Hope we could have a collaborative event with PHINUG and PHISSUG about this.

PHIWUG’s Open Mic event meeting

We just finished polishing for the details of this event last night so i might as well announce it to you folks! Here goes! PHIWUG will be having an OPEN MIC EVENT where members of the community can speak up and take the mic from the usual TechNet speakers!

Microsoft Technical Community Meeting with Maria Green

 

Just went to a technical community meeting with other MVP’s together with Microsoft Folks and yes, Maria Green is in Manila and joined us for this. The outcome of the meeting I think is very positive, guys thanks for supporting PHINUG, PHISSUG, PHIWUG and our community driven events.
