Open Mic Technical Discussion by PHIWUG

PHIWUG just finished its event last night, an open microphone session for the community where some of  the community and PHIWUG members had the opportunity to share with the community your tips, tricks, "how to’s", and even testimonials 😀

I’d also like to thank an active audience for their participation and also great feedbacks! We will try to give more content next time that you requested, specially on the Windows Server 2008 R2 + Windows 7 Demo’s

Its really fun pala being the host of the event 🙂 We’re preparing now with the rest of PHIWUG volunteers. Below is Isamu Shinozaki, still active with the community playing some clips of the latest craze in Microsoft Philippines like the Icafe program and the Office 2010 the movie which was soooo geeky cool!

Many thanks also to the following for contributing and sharing in this event;

Henry Hutalle, jr a Project Manager from Progressive Software,  John Remir Cueto an  Infrastructure and Mobile developer, Orlando Pasion, jr a Technical Support for Internet Services at Bayan telecommuncations, Isamu Shinozaki a Technology evangelist from Microsoft Philippines and Adrian Rodriguez a Microsoft MVP.

PHIWUG members now doing a demo on Bitlocker, Bitlocker on GPO, and Bitlocker to go on Windows 7. Let us not forget one of unique topics that we had so far, its Hosting WCF on WAS! People (developers / infra people) are really doing this. Hope we could have a collaborative event with PHINUG and PHISSUG about this.

Many thanks also to MVP Adrian Rodriguez, MVP Jom Limjap, Terrence Montanez, Christopher Misola and the rest of PHIWUG for the usual support on community events 🙂 Thanks guys, lets do this again!

Thanks also to Microsoft Philippines for the event venue, food and the regular Freebees! Mellie, Thanks thanks for supporting the event, thanks thanks!
